		<description>Yes, it&#039;s great that Pacifica has opened in time for Christmas. I bet the people living there are happy about that! As for parking meters, they might discourage some people from going downtown. Additional meters will probably spring up when it becomes impossible to find free parking on downtown streets due to heavy demand but that isn&#039;t the case yet. Pacifica residents won&#039;t use the meters as they must have on-site parking.</description>
